As the festival season winds down for the year, I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed being a part of both the Cake International and Cake and Bake Shows. It was great fun demoing my bakes and connecting with so many of you.
These events were a fantastic opportunity to share some tips, learn from others, and see the incredible talent on display. It’s always inspiring to meet so many passionate bakers and cake lovers, and I appreciate everyone who took the time to chat and share their baking stories with me.
